Operative times:

Banks are open Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 15.oo pm, with the exception of public holidays.

Shops stay open between 9.00 am and 19.00 pm, with break between 12.30 and 14.00, and some of them may stay closed on Saturday afternoon.

Shopping centers are open from 9.00 am to 23.00 with no breaks.

The majority of museums stay closed on Monday and Sunday afternoon.

Money

Euro is the official currency in Portugal. All ATM machines accept international cards.
