Climate and Weather in the Peloponnese
In the Peloponnese winters are mild, sometimes rainy and humid, especially in the north. The springs are cool and autumns warm. Summers are often very hot, though refreshed by the continuous sea breeze that comes from the coast.
When to go
The summer is the most popular period, but this period is really less suitable due to high temperatures and expected crowds. Early or late summer is better, between June and the first half of July or the end of August and September.
