Plitvice National Park - Croatia

This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places in Croatia, a territory stretching out for 20 hectares, with 16 turquoise lakes connected with one another through a string of rapids and waterfalls. The lakes can be visited through an amazing 18 km catwalk, which offer a unique excursion.

Since 1979 the Plitvice lakes have been designated a Protected World Heritage by UNESCO.

In this environment of extraordinary and still untouched beauty, live wolves, bears, wild pigs, deers, falcons and black storks.

Lake Kozjak is the biggest of the park, dividing the lake system of the southern and northern part. In the lower part lies the Novakovika lake, followed by the Kaluderovac like, which opens in proximity of two caverns, the Blue Cave and the Supljara. Proceeding further you will meet the waterfalls of lake Milanovac.

In the upper part, after passing lake Kozjak, and connected to the waterfalls of lake Gradinsko, you will see what possibly remains the most beautiful of all lakes: like Galovac.
