The archipelago of Kornati islands has a surface of about 70 square km, and boasts the highest number of islands of the Adriatic sea, with a total of 147 islands mainly characterised by carsic territories, with caves, caverns and cliffs overlooking the sea. The lack of vegetation makes these bizarre rocky formations even more visible, with their light colour standing out from the dark blue of the Adriatic sea, in a very suggestive and mysterious context.
