Offices are open from 8 am to 16 pm, Monday to Friday Banks are open from 8 am to 17 pm, Monday to Friday, and 8 am to 12 am on Saturday Post offices are open from 7 am to 19 pm, Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 13 pm on Saturday Shops are generally open between 8 am to 19 pm, but this may vary according to the place.

Climate and weather
Croatia is basically divided into two climatic zones: the inland territory and the coast. The inland is characterized by a continental climate, with cold winters and dry summers, while on the coast climate is more Mediterranean, thanks to the mountains which protect the shores from cold streams, and the sea which keeps temperatures higher than at places inland. The best periods to visit Croatia are definitely spring and summer, when the visit of art cities and parks can be best enjoyed, and it is possible to relax on the many beaches, although Croatia is always quite crowded during the high season.
Currency
The official currency is la kuna (1 Euro = 7,54 Kn).
foreign currency can be changed in banks, exchange offices, post offices and in the majority of travel agencies, hotels and campsites.
