How to get to Bergamo

From the airport you can make use of a shuttle service, leading directly to Bergamo train station (Monday to Saturday from 5.30 am to 22.30 pm, with departures every 30 minutes. Fare: € 2). The airport Milano Malpensa is 90 Km far, while the airport Milano Linate lies 40 km far.
By car
Take the highway A4 Milan-Venice and exit in Bergamo. We recommend to leave the car in Lower Bergamo and reach the Upper City by public transport, since the city centre is almost exclusively pedestrian.
